  8. Top with strawberries and whipped cream. Serve and enjoy! (I also used blueberries because my fiance is allergic to strawberries. I used about a handful (15 or so blueberries), mashed a little with a fork, and added a little more sugar than the strawberries. Then make as above).

In small bowl with electric mixer, beat whipping cream on high speed until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
